Per the source, the Brazilian attacking midfielder’s future lies in England.
Manchester United are reported to be ready to offer £35 million [€40m] for the 24-year-old, meanwhile, Liverpool have also been closely linked.

Turkish-Football have reported that Besiktas also have an option to sign Talisca for £16 million but are contemplating whether to invest the funds in him or elsewhere.
The 1.91m tall star spent the last two seasons at Besiktas on loan.
The Black Eagles have the option to keep Talisca on a permanent deal but Benfica stand to make more if Besiktas do not sign him.
The Portuguese giants have raised their valuation for Talisca who scored 20 goals and provided eight assists this season, including four goals in the Champions League.
