Antoine Griezmann to Man United – Atleti prepare move for Arsenal superstar if striker joins Red Devils
La Liga giants Atletico Madrid are preparing for life without Antoine Griezmann.
The France international was closely linked with a move to Manchester United this summer but Atletico’s transfer ban put a stop to the move.
The Red Devils went onto sign Romelu Lukaku from Everton for £75 million. The Belgium international has already netted three goals in his first two games.
However, Spanish outlet Don Balon claims that United have not given up hopes of signing Griezmann.
Per the source, United are keen to secure the France international next summer. The report goes onto state that Atletico Madrid are already drawing up a shortlist of potential replacements.
Arsenal star playmaker Mesut Ozil is understood to be at the top of that list.

The 28-year-old’s future at the Emirates is currently cast in doubt. Ozil has under 12-months remaining on his contract with Arsenal.
Don Balon also states that Ozil is warming towards a return to the La Liga.
If Arsenal are unable to strike a deal with Ozil this summer, he could end up leaving for free next year.
