The 18-year-old Turkish midfielder signed for Real Madrid last summer, but has yet to make a single appearance due to injuries.
Güler first suffered a meniscus injury in his right knee in pre-season, which kept him out for two months. He returned to training in September, but then picked up a thigh strain in his left leg, which ruled him out for another month.
However, Güler is now fully recovered and is expected to be included in the Real Madrid squad for the upcoming game against Sevilla on October 21.
Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti has spoken highly of Güler, saying that he has “extraordinary talent” and a “very, very good left foot”.
Mesut Özil has also predicted that Güler will become a “world star”, and Toni Kroos has praised his humility and willingness to learn.
Güler missed the international break with the Turkish national team but spent the international break training and returning to match fitness.
There is a lot of excitement and anticipation surrounding Güler’s debut, and it will be fascinating to see what he can achieve at Real Madrid.
