Arda Turan returns from Japan following Barcelona World Club Cup victory

Barcelona beat River Plate 3-0 in the World Club Cup final in Japan to lift the title.

The reigning Champions League title holders returned to Spain after a 15 hour flight back from Japan where they were greeted by a sea of fans.

Barcelona have now won five trophies in 2015 including the La Liga, Champions League, European Super Cup and World Club Cup.

Arda Turan traveled with the Barcelona team to Japan despite not being able to play due to the FIFA transfer ban currently imposed on the club.

Turan also traveled back with the team but was given permission to leave afterwards along with Pique ahead of a holiday.

The Turkish international joined Barcelona on a five-year deal from Atletico Madrid over the summer but has yet to make his debut for the reigning La Liga champions.

Barcelona will be able to register Turan in January and the bearded winger is expected to make his debut against Granada at the Camp Nou next month.
