Arsenal 5 – 2 Everton, Man of the Match revealed following Gunners win
Arsenal returned to winning ways this weekend following a win over Everton in the Premier League.
The Gunners suffered a shock 2-1 defeat at the hands of Watford FC last weekend but snapped back into form earlier today.
Arsene Wenger’s side recorded a 5-2 win over Everton despite going a goal down early on.
Everton went ahead via a well struck Rooney shot. Nacho Monreal levelled the score shortly before the half time whistle.
Arsenal were 2-1 up after 53 minutes when Mesut Ozil headed Alexis Sanchez’s cross into the back of the net. Ozil turned creator shortly after by setting up Lacazette for Arsenal’s third.

Following the final whistle, Ozil was selected as Man of the Match by SkySports. The 29-year-old was handed the award by SkySports after the game.
Arsenal take on Norwich FC on Tuesday in the League Cup before hosting Swansea City at the Emirates next weekend.
