Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has heaped praise on Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez following last night’s victory.
The Gunners recorded a comfortable 3-0 victory over West Ham United.
It was a great night for Arsenal seeing that Manchester United, Liverpool and Man City all dropped points this week.
Wenger was happy with his team’s display but stated that he has concerns about the Gunners place in the league.
“West Ham defended well in the first half and we needed to find a solution in the second half,” Wenger said at the post match press conferance.
“We were convincing after the break.
“Ozil and Sanchez are important players but everyone did well. You could not say any player had a bad performance.

“We come out of a difficult period and our confidence goes quickly and comes back slowly.
“We are in the final sprint in the Premier League. Consistency will be very important.
“We have a little handicap on the points front. We have less possibilities to drop points.”
Ozil was the star of the show for the Gunners against West Ham. The Germany international recorded his tenth goal of the season and ninth assist.
Arsenal have moved up into fifth spot following their win over the Hammers. The north London based club are four points behind Man City but do have a game in hand.
Wenger’s side take on relegation battlers Crystal Palace on Monday night.
