Arsenal take on Tottenham in the north London derby at White Hart Lane in the Premier League on Sunday.
Gunners playmaker Mesut Ozil has yet to make an appearance this season.
Ozil missed the opening game of the campaign against Newcastle United due to security concerns after two men were arrested outside his north London home – following another incident the previous fortnight which resulted in a knife-wielding moped gang attacking the 30-year-old.
The playmaker of Turkish origin missed the following game versus Burnley due to illness and did not feature in the defeat against Liverpool last week.
Arsenal manager Unai Emery has however, revealed that Ozil could be back in contention for his first game of the campaign.

“This week he is physically better and he is training and doing normal work with us,” Emery said in his pre-match press conference.
“He is going to be closer to us and he will be available on Sunday.”
Emery also played down rumors that Ozil could be headed for a summer exit before the European transfer windows shut over the next few days.
The Arsenal manager added: “We are not speaking about the possibility for Mesut to leave.”
Ozil has another two-years remaining on his current Arsenal contract.
