Arsenal boss Wenger set to field experimental side in Europa League – Mesut Ozil likely to be rested

Arsenal host the Swedish side Ostersunds on Thursday night as they look to book their place in the next round of the Europa League.

The clash takes place at the Emirates stadium while kickoff is scheduled for 18:00 (GMT).

The north London based club registered a comfortable 3-0 victory over the Swedish minnows the first leg of their Europa League tie last week.

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is expected to field an experimental side for the mid-week clash. The French tactician will have one eye on the weekend Carabao Cup final against Manchester City.

£60 million January signing Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is cup-tied and will not feature. Meanwhile, Alexandre Lacazette is ruled out for near to six weeks with a knee injury.

Laurent Koscielny, Shkodran Mustafi, Mesut Ozil, Aaron Ramsey and Henrikh Mkhitaryan are also expected to be rested.

Calum Chambers and Ainsley Maitland-Niles are set to start while Rob Holding and Reiss Nelson are expected to feature.
