Arsenal forward could finally leave Gunners for good this summer after six seasons on loan – Galatasaray interested

Galatasaray have set their sights on Costa Rica international and Arsenal forward Joel Campbell.

The Istanbul giants have been linked with a move for the out-of-favour forward for the past three seasons but are hopeful of landing him this summer.

According to the Turkish outlet Fanatik, Fatih Terim has identified Campbell as one of his top transfer targets ahead of the upcoming window.

Per the source, Galatasaray are also hoping to sign Celta Vigo Turkey international Emre Mor and Borussia Dortmund’s Nuri Sahin.

Campbell joined Arsenal from Costa Rican side Saprissa back in 2011.

The 25-year-old has made just 23 appearances for the Gunners in over six years at the club. Campbell has played for five different teams on loan during his spell at Arsenal.

However, the forward could be on his way out of Arsenal for good this summer as his contract with the club expires at the end of the month.
