Galatasaray are expected to complete the transfer of Arsenal forward Joel Campbell this week according to Fotomac.
Per the source, talks with Campbell’s representatives have been successful and the Lions are confident that the transfer will be completed.
Campbell will be a free agent at the end of the month and has not been offered a new deal.
As things stand the forward will be a free agent in July.
In the seven years he has been at Arsenal he only spent one and a half seasons competing for a first-team role at the club.
Campbell has been on six different loan moves over his time at the North London based outfit.
Galatasaray have made the 25-year-old a transfer priority and feel they will be able to finally clinch a move after failing to sign him in the past.
The Arsenal player is currently in Russia on international duty with Costa Rica.
The Central American nation lost their opening game 1-0 to Serbia, Campbell came on as a second-half substitute.
Galatasaray won the league title for the 21st time this term and will compete in the Champions League next season.
