Arsenal legend Thierry Henry reveals confusion regarding Mesut Ozil
Arsenal legend Thierry Henry has revealed his feelings regarding Gunners playmaker Mesut Ozil.
Ozil has been in impressive form for the north London-based club in recent weeks. The 28-year-old has provided assists in Arsenal’s last two games and created a record amount of chances against Sunderland.
However, Henry believes Ozil needs to improve his game and become more consistent. The former France international stated that Ozil is a unique talent when in form but is confused to why Ozil is unable to maintain his form week in week out.

“When he is on tune and at the top of his game, there is no-one like him in terms of vision and passing,” Ozil stated live on SkySports.
“Why doesn’t he do it every weekend? I don’t know. He is going to have to do it.”
Ozil’s Arsenal future is currently in doubt. The Germany international has just 12 months remaining on his contract. Recent talks between Arsenal and Ozil have stalled however, manager Arsene Wenger has confirmed that further negotiations will take place.
Arsenal end the Premier League season in fourth place and will miss out on UEFA Champions League football next season.
Mesut Ozil racked up 14 assists and 12 goals in 43 appearances for the Gunners this season.
