Arsenal & Man United Keep Tabs On £55m Bayern Target Lighting Up The Serie A

Roma winger Cengiz Under is attracting widespread interest from across Europa as he continues to make a name for himself in the Serie A.

A source close to the player revealed to Turkish-Football that Arsenal and Manchester United are among several clubs keeping close tabs on the winger.

The Gunners and United, in particular, are keen on Under as they continue to look for options to strengthen their right wing.

United lack a natural right-winger while Arsenal are short of options out wide after Oxlade-Chamberlain, Theo Walcott and Alexis Sanchez parted ways with the club.

Man City continue to scout the Turkey international after narrowly missing out on signing the winger to Roma.

The latest developments follow reports in Italy that Bayern Munich are preparing a £55m offer for the 21-year-old.

Calciomercato’s Francesco Balzani reported the German giants are ready to make a move for Under next summer.

Turkish-Football can reveal that the young winger is happy at Roma and fully committed to the team.

Additionally, the player would only consider a move if the Giallorossi want to cash in.

A summer exit is not off the cards but the rising star would prefer a move to the Premier League or La Liga if he were to leave Itay.

The Citizens made a €9 million upfront bid promising an additional €3 million in bonuses.

City planned to sign Under as an investment, similar to their policy with Enes Unal and loan him out to Freiburg but Roma swooped in with an increased offer and the promise of first-team football.

Under has two goals and four assists in seven appearances for Roma in all competitions this season.

The Turkey international has picked up man of the match awards in his last two games for the Serie A outfit.
