Arsenal news: Giroud will determine future of 28-year-old star, Euro giants make ‘attractive’ offer

Lucas Perez faces an uncertain future at Arsenal. The Spanish striker struggled for playing time last season and has been linked with a summer exit.

Turkish outlet Fanatik report that Perez’s future will be determined by Olivier Giroud.

Per the source, Perez is set to leave if Giroud stays however, he will move up the pecking order if the Frenchman leaves.

Fenerbahce have been closely linked with the 28-year-old striker.

The Hurriyet newspaper report that the Yellow Canaries have made the most ‘attractive’ so far.

The report claims that Perez is keen on leaving the North London side in favour of a club where he will be guaranteed first team football.

Fenerbahce would be able to offer Perez the first team football he craves in addition to a lucrative wage packet.

Perez’s agent Rodrigo Fernandez Lovelle did reveal last month that Galatasaray and Fenerbahce have made bids for his client.

“Yes we have received offers, Fenerbahce and Galatasaray have made bids,” Lovelle was quoted as saying by Ajansspor.

“We are considering their offers.

“We held talks with Sevilla last season but there is currently no offer.”

Perez joined Arsenal from Deportivo for £17 million (BBC) last summer but played just 265 minutes of Premier League football last season
