Arsenal Offer €40m For Juventus Striker Kenan Yildiz But €80m Demanded

The chase for Turkish star Kenan Yildiz intensifies, but Juventus’ reported asking price could pose a challenge for interested clubs.

The 18-year-old forward, who joined Juventus from Bayern Munich last year, has attracted attention from Premier League giants Arsenal according to Tuttosport.

Per the source, Arsenal have offered €40m [£34 million] bid for Yildiz. However, Juventus reportedly want at least double for their star man.

The report claims that Juventus see Yildiz as having a future at the club and that it is going to take an offer of €80m to get the Italian giants to the negotiating table.

Juventus want to keep Yildiz on as long as possible but for the right price they could be swayed.

Yildiz has made 15 Serie A appearances for Juventus this season, scoring once. He also made his senior debut for Turkey in October and even scored his first international goal.

The rising star has featured in the last 10 Serie A games for Juventus this term establishing himself as a first team player since bursting onto the scene in December.

Despite interest from Arsenal in January, Juventus reportedly blocked a potential transfer, considering Yildiz crucial for their future plans.

His performances and development have seemingly cemented his place in the Juventus squad, potentially making his acquisition even more challenging for potential buyers.

Yildiz is expected to be part of the Turkish national team at Euro 2024 this summer which could see his value rise further.
