Arsenal take on BATE Borislov in the Europa League Round of 32 second-leg clash at the Emirates Stadium on Thursday.

The Gunners lost the first-leg by a 1-0 scoreline last week, the victory was BATE’s first in a European tournament knockout stage.

Mesut Ozil was not included in the squad last week due to illness.

Arsenal boss Unai Emery was given an injury boost heading into the second-leg after Ozil returned to team training at the London Colney grounds.

Emery has yet to reveal whether he will include the playmaker of Turkish origin in his matchday squad.

The Gunners head coach is expected to be quizzed by journalists about Ozil in his pre-match press conference today.

Emery has given Ozil just a single start in 2019 but has come under pressure to make use of his highest-paid player following a poor run of form.

The 30-year-old has made just two appearances this year.

Arsenal could have Aaron Ramsey return after a knee injury and Alexandre Lacazette will be back after serving his suspension in the first leg.

Sokratis Papastathopoulos could also return after recovering from an ankle injury that he suffered in the FA Cup against Manchester United.
