Arsenal reveal squad to face Chelsea in London derby – Wenger sweats on fitness of star duo

Arsenal slipped six points behind fourth-placed Liverpool following their disappointing 1-1 draw against West Brom last weekend.

The Gunners struggled to break down the Birmingham based club but will feel aggrieved following a controversial penalty call from referee Mike Riley.

Arsene Wenger’s side have the chance to make amends tonight when they host their rivals Chelsea at the Emirates Stadium tonight.

The French tactician is sweating over the fitness of his star playmaker Mesut Ozil. The 29-year-old missed the West Brom classic with a knee injury but has been present in training this week.

France international referee Laurent Koscielny is also a major doubt after being forced off during the weekend clash with an ankle problem.

During the pre-game press conference, Arsene Wenger stated that Koscielny had a “30 percent” chance of playing tonight, while Ozil is closer to a return.
