Roma star Cengiz Under continues to attract interest from across Europe as his contract dispute continues.

The Corriere dello Sport report that Tottenham have made a £45m bid for the Roma winger in a bid to bolster Mauricio Pochettino’s attacking options in January.

Per the source, Spurs have already had a £32m offer rejected.

Turkish-Football spoke to Under’s representatives who confirmed that Tottenham as well as Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester City are all interested.

The Premier League clubs have been scouting the Turkey international throughout the season.

Additionally, Bayern Munich are serious about the 21-year-old and want him as a replacement for Arjen Robben at the end of the season.

Bayern are willing to offer Roma in excess of their valuation for Under.

The winger is likely to leave the Giallorossi by the end of the season but a January move is no longer off the cards.

Under is under contract until 2022 but is one of the lowest paid players in the team earning approximately €1m per-season.

Roma are reluctant to offer a wage increase and find themselves in an advantageous position.

The Serie A outfit are willing to wait until the end of the season to make a final decision over his contract.

Roma are prepared to sell if an offer in the £40-50m region is made and do not see the point in increasing their wage budget under the current circumstances.

The Italian giants could offer a renewed deal if they fail to receive an offer that matches their valuation.

Under is however, likely to attract offers as he has been in impressive form. The young winger has four goals and five assists in all competitions this season.
