Arsenal have agreed an offer from Besiktas to loan goalkeeper David Ospina next season according to Fanatik.
The sports newspaper claims the two clubs have shaken hands over the deal.
The Black Eagles are locked in talks with the goalkeeper but have yet to reach an agreement over his wages.
The Colombia international is demanding £3.55m [€4m] for the season but Besiktas want to negotiate a salary of no more than [€3m].
Talks are reportedly ongoing over reaching an agreement over his wages.
Alternatively, should the two sides fail to come to an agreement over what Ospina will earn next season, Besiktas will move for Bursaspor goalkeeper Harun Tekin.
Besiktas are keen on signing a new keeper after selling Fabri to Fulham on a £5.3m move last week.
Ospina is keen on a summer exit after falling down the pecking order at Arsenal where he is now third-choice keeper behind Bernd Leno and Petr Cech.
The keeper is expected to return from holiday shortly after being given an extended break for his heroics in the World Cup for Colombia.
England knocked Colombia out in a penalty shootout in the Last 16, Ospina started every game in the tournament.
Besiktas finished the Super Lig in fourth-place last season and will compete in the Europa League.
Ospina would be made first-choice keeper if he were to join the Istanbul based outfit.
The keeper has another 12 months remaining on his contract.
