Arsenal squad revealed ahead of Europa League clash tonight

Mesut Ozil

Arsenal will be hoping to return to return to winning ways tonight when they take on Swedish side Ostersunds in the Europa League.

The Gunners have switched their priorities towards winning the European competition following a barren spell in the Premier League.

Arsene Wenger’s side suffered a major blow in their quest for a top-four finish following a 1-0 defeat at the hands of their rivals Tottenham on Saturday.

The defeat has left the Gunners eight points behind fourth-placed Chelsea.

The Europa League now offers the Gunners a clear route to attain UEFA Champions League football next season.

Subsequently, Wenger has decided to bring a full-strength side to Sweeden.

Star playmaker Mesut Ozil, first choice keeper Petr Cech and January signing Mkhitaryan have all made the trip.

Meanwhile, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is ineligible for selection while Alexandre Lacazette is ruled out after undergoing a knee operation.
