Besiktas are back in the race for Arsenal striker Danny Welbeck after having initial efforts rebuffed.
Fanatik report that Besiktas officials currently in London have entered talks with Welbeck’s representatives.
Per the source, there are two major factors that could determine whether the deal goes ahead.
If Alexis Sanchez joins Manchester United and Arsenal do not bring in Aboumeyang, Welbeck will not be leaving.

The England international is currently behind Alexandre Lacazette, Alexis Sanchez, Olivier Giroud in the pecking order – although Sanchez can play other positions and rarely plays as a forward for Arsenal now.
Theo Walcott joining Everton would complicate matters further as Welbeck will rise further up the pecking order unless replacements are found.
Besiktas want to replace Cenk Tosun who joined Everton last Friday.
The Black Eagles have a title race and Champions League Last 16 clash against Bayern Munich next month.
Welbeck would be offered a role as a first-choice striker and have the chance to lead the Black Eagles attempt to retain the title and upset the German giants in Europe.
The 27-year-old has five goals and one assists for the Gunners in 22 appearances this season and has another 18 months remaining on his contract.
