Arsenal star offered 10-year deal from La Liga outfit, Fenerbahce talks ongoing

Arsenal striker Lucas Perez struggled for playing time despite joining on a £17 million move from Deportivo last summer.

The Spanish striker could be on his way back to the La Liga outfit just one season after leaving.

Deportivo are reported to have offered Lucas a 10-year contract deal according to DXT Campeon.

Per the source, the Spanish outfit are prepared to offer up to £10.5 million to Arsenal for his services.

The Gunners would end up making a substantial loss just 12 months after investing in the striker.

Turkish league giants Fenerbahce have offered an alternative.

The Yellow Canaries are also keen on Perez but want him on a temporary move.

Fenerbahce sent club officials to London last week for talks over a loan deal for the 28-year-old.

The Istanbul giants are waiting for a response from Arsenal regarding their latest proposal.

Perez’s agent has already confirmed Fenerbahce interest but underlined that Arsenal are keen on permanent transfer for the forward.

The striker’s agent Llovelle recently told told AS that Fenerbahce are interested in his client but that Arsenal want around €12 million for his signature: “The truth is that the Turkish club has been interested in the signing of Lucas Perez for two months, I do not think it is very difficult to do, but Arsenal will not let it go. Have the assignment of Perez.

“Several clubs in Europe are interested in Lucas, but Arsenal want to make up part of the money that paid Deportivo the Coruña last summer, the club has paid 21 million euros for Lucas, and I think he is willing to accept a figure of around 12 million euros for his departure,” he added.
