Turkish-Football reported yesterday that Jack Wilshere traveled to Turkey where he held talks with Fenerbahce.
The 26-year-old traveled to Istanbul on a private jet along with Phillip Cocu who was officially appointed Fenerbahce manager soon after arrival.
On the flight was Wilshere’s representatives Wasserman COO Fahri Ecvet and agent Neil Fewings.
It emerges that the Yellow Canaries offered a three-year contract worth in the region of €4 million-per-season with a €5m sign-on fee.

An agreement-in-principle was reached with Wilshere’s representatives but the transfer has yet to be completed.
There are still a number of issues that need to be resolved before the move can go ahead.
Wilshere has concerns over resettling his family and playing abroad.
Fenerbahce sporting director Damien Comolli has been leading talks.
Comolli has close ties to Wilshere from his time at Arsenal and took the England midfielder on a tour of the club grounds as well as potential homes in the Acarkent area.
Wilshere returned to England soon afterwards and is expected to make a final decision over the weekend.
Should the 26-year-old agree to the move, Fenerbahce will be expected to announce the transfer early next week.
Wilshere has confirmed he will be leaving the North London club after 17 years at Arsenal on his official Instagram account.
The midfielder will be a free agent on 1 July 2018.
