Arsenal star Jack Wilshere is expected to recover in time for the England versus Turkey game set to be played at the Etihad stadium on Sunday 22 May.
England national team head coach Roy Hodgson is expected to give Wilshere playing time against Turkey according to the Guardian.
Wilshere missed most of the season for Arsenal due to injury but has recovered and trained with the England national team over the past few days.
The match fitness of Wilshere remains in question but he will have to get some playing time under his belt if he is to get in shape ahead of the European Championships in France this summer.
Wilshere made just three appearances this season culminating with 68 minutes playing time against Aston Villa on the final game of the season.
Turkey meanwhile will be without Arda Turan who is set to feature in the Spanish Cup final for Barcelona. Dortmund midfielder Nuri Sahin, Burak Yilmaz and Serdar Aziz will also miss the game.
