Galatasaray have completed the signing of Arsenal striker Lukas Podolski according to the BILD newspaper.
The Germany international’s agent Nassim Touihri confirmed that Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger could not guarantee Podolski regular football and that the Germany international has agreed to switch clubs.
“We had very good talks with Arsene Wenger. He wanted to keep Luke, but could give him no regular place guarantee. Therefore, we have agreed on a change,” Touihri told BILD.

The German newspaper reports that Podolski will join Galatasaray over the next few days ahead of pre-season training.
Podolski is currently on holiday in Antalya on the Mediterranean coast of Turkey and is expected to join the Istanbul giants shortly after.
The World Cup winner joined Inter on loan last January but failed to settle in scoring just once for the Serie A giants.
Galatasaray won the league title last season for a record 20th time and will play Champions League football for the fourth consecutive season.
Podolski is expected to feature as a first team regular for Galatasaray next season.
