Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere faces an uncertain future at the Emirates as he enters the last few days on his contract.
Wilshere has been closely linked with a summer exit but Sky Sports report that the midfielder is in talks with the Gunners over an extension.
Per the source, the England midfielder’s departure from Arsenal has been complicated by a loyalty payment that would be due.
The 26-year-old will be a free agent on 1 July 2018 unless he reaches an agreement with the North London outfit.
As things stand the club and Wilshere have been unable to agree to terms on a new deal.
The midfielder has had no shortage of interest.
Turkish-Football reported that Galatasaray have made Wilshere a transfer priority.
Fatih Terim is keen on the England international and consulted Arsene Wenger for advice recently regarding a transfer move.
Fenerbahce are also interested, recently appointed sporting director Damien Comolli has made an enquiry to Wilshere’s representatives.
The Daily Mail meanwhile report that Juventus are also keen on Wilshere.
Per the source, the Gunners want to keep Wilshere but have offered him a new deal that would result in a pay cut from his current £120,000-a-week wages.
Premier League outfit West Ham have also been linked with the Arsenal man.
Wilshere was not picked with the England 23-man World Cup 2018 squad.
