Arsenal star Mesut Ozil missed the 5-1 win over Fulham at Craven Cottage over the weekend with a back spasm.

The playmaker of Turkish origin has made a full recovery and will return to full training today.

The 29-year-old has not been called up to the Germany national team squad after retiring from international football.

Ozil will have a two-week break to regain full match fitness and should be ready to return to the starting lineup when the Premier League returns to action.

The playmaker has three goals in eight appearances for the Gunners in all competitions this season.
