Arsenal transfer news: Gunners suffer blow as Barcelona star reveals summer plan
Arsenal have suffered a blow in their pursuit of Barcelona’s star midfielder Arda Turan.
According to the Spanish outlet AS, the Gunners are keen to bring the Turkey international to the Emirates this summer.
However, Turan’s agent Ahmet Bulut has dismissed reports linking his client with a move away from Barcelona.

Per the source, Turan will remain at Barcelona next season and has no intention of leaving. The 30-year-old still has three years remaining on his current deal with Barca.
“Arda is going to continue at Barcelona,” Bulut was quoted as saying by the Daily Star.
“He has no other plans and he is very happy there.”
Despite Bulut’s latest comments, Turan has frequently been linked with a summer exit. The La Liga giants are planning to revamp their squad over the summer following an inconsistent season.
Turan has seven assists and 13 goals to his name after 30 apperances for Barcelona this season.
Barcelona take on Villarreal this weekend knowing they cannot afford to drop points if they are to win the league this season.
