Arsenal transfer news: Man City to table shock £70m plus Denayer bid for Gunners star forward
Manchester City are set to table a mega bid for Arsenal forward Alexis Sanchez.
The Gunners are already set to lose Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain to their title rivals Chelsea (BBC).
Arsenal could now lose another one of their star assets to their Premier League rivals Man City.
According to the The Daily Star, Man City are set to make a £70 million plus Jason Denayer bid for Arsenal’s Sanchez.
Per the source, Sanchez who has under 12 months left on his contract – is demanding a £400,000-a-week contract deal. The Star goes onto state that City have already had a £50 million and £60 million bid rejected by the Gunners for Sanchez.

The news comes as a major blow to Turkish giants Galatasaray. The Istanbul based club are currently locked in negotiations with City with the view of signing Denayer on a season-long loan.
Galatasaray are in the market for a new defender and Denayer currently tops their transfer shortlist.
Sanchez provided 19 assists and scored 30 goals in 51 appearances for Arsenal last season.
