Arsenal v Liverpool Confirmed lineups – Arsene Wenger makes changes to formation, Klopp field full strength side
Arsenal take on an in-form Liverpool today as they look to continue their winning run of form.
Tonight’s clash takes place at the Emirates stadium while kick-off is scheduled for 19:45 (GMT).
Arsene Wenger’s side comes into tonight’s game in a confident mood following a 1-0 victory over Newcastle United in the Premier League. Arsenal also defeated West Ham United during the week with a weakened starting eleven. and a 1-0 victory over West Ham United in the League Cup.
The north London based club are without their star striker Olivier Giroud suffered a hamstring injury during Arsenal’s 1-0 win over West Ham United. Aaron Ramsey also misses tonight’s game with the same injury.
Germany international playmaker Mesut Ozil has retained his place in the starting lineup after being rested during the week against the Hammers. Ozil scored the Gunners only goal during their win over Newcastle last weekend.

Wenger has opted to switch back to the 4-2-3-1 formation for tonight’s game and has included Alexis Sanchez and Alexandre Lacazette in the starting eleven.
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has opted to field his full strength side tonight with Sadio Mane, Philippe Coutinho, Mohammed Salah and Roberto Firmino all start.
