Arsenal v Man City – Confirmed Lineups – Pep Guardiola missing star forward while Mesut Ozil starts for Gunners

Arsenal will be looking to cause an upset today when they take on Manchester City in the Carabao Cup final today.

The final takes place at the Wembley stadium, kick-off is scheduled for 16:30 (GMT).

City will be desperate to bounce back from their shock defeat at the hands of Wigan Athletic earlier this week.

Arsene Wenger meanwhile has the chance to lift his first League Cup.

Arsenal star playmaker Mesut Ozil starts for the Gunners today despite a slight scare earlier this week. The Germany international missed training on Monday and Tuesday due to an illness.

However, Ozil returned to training on Wednesday and starts in midfield alongside Jack Wilshere, Aaron Ramsey, and Granit Xhaka.

Meanwhile, Man City are without England international Raheem Sterling who has been sidelined with an injury. Ilkay Gundogan played the full 90 minutes on Monday and has also been included in Pep Guardiola’s starting eleven.
