Arsenal vs Chelsea: Confirmed Lineups – Mesut Ozil Starts Again In The International Champions Cup

Arsenal face Chelsea in their final game of the International Champions Cup in Dublin, Ireland at the Aviva Stadium tonight.

The Gunners are coming off the back of a convincing 5-1 win over PSG in Singapore.

Ozil started, was given the captains armband and scored the opening goal against the French giants.

The playmaker of Turkish origin starts again tonight but has not been named captain.

Petr Cech has got the nod and the armband against his former club.

 

The LMAO, Ozil, Lacazette, Aubameyang and Mkhitaryan, will not start against the Blues as the Armenian international has been rested.

Summer Papastathopoulos Sokratis and Matteo Guendouzi both start.

Gunners manager Unai Emery will however, be without Nacho Monreal, Stephan Lichtsteiner and Lucas Torreira.

The trio are out following their respective World Cup campaigns.

Chelsea meanwhile, are missing several first-team names with only Alonso, Rudiger, Azpilicueta and Morata available, all start tonight.
