Arsenal midfielder Mesut Ozil has dedicated the goal he scored against Aston Villa to his little niece.
The 26-year-old playmaker set up Arsenal’s first goal with an imaginative flick which sent Olivier Giroud one on one with Brad Guzan. Ozil doubled his sides lead in the 56th minute with a well placed low shot into the corner of the goal.
The Germany international posted a picture on Instagram along with the caption, “What a perfect day! Perfect like you, little Mira! This goal is for you!”
Ozil received a rating of 9.48 from whoscored.com for his performance. The World Cup Winner made 53 passes two of which were key passes.
