Aston Villa have offered €10m for Besiktas midfielder Ernest Muci according to Fanatik.
Per the source, Villa has offered €10 million for Muci, who has struggled to find regular playing time under manager Giovanni van Bronckhorst.

Last season, the 23-year-old Albanian international managed 17 appearances and 4 goals for Beşiktaş last season.
