Aston Villa are prepared to offer Crystal Palace striker Alexander Sorloth £15m according to the Aksam newspaper.
Per the source, Villa send a club official to Turkey for Vedat Muriqi ahead of the derby clash between Trabzonspor and Fenerbahce.
Villa were planning to make a £10m offer for Fenerbahce striker Muriqi but the Istanbul giants have increased their valuation to as much as £30m depending on which sources you read in Turkey.

The Premier League side were, however, left more impressed with Sorloth who is on loan at Trabzonspor from Palace.
The Norway international scored and provided an assist for the Black Sea based side who went onto beat their rivals.
Sorloth has 21 goals and six assist in all competitions for Trabzonspor this season.
The Super Lig side have a £5m [€6m] buy clause option as part of their two-year loan deal.
The report goes onto claim that Villa could offer as much as £20m for Sorloth once talks conclude.
Trabzonspor would pay Palace the release clause and keep the profit if a deal were to be reached.
