Fenerbahce midfielder Raul Meireles does not expect to extend his current contract with the club and has started looking for a new club according to Haberturk.
Meireles will become a free agent at the end of the season and the Yellow Canaries have yet to enter talks over extending his contract.
The 32-year-old currently earns €2 million per-season – not including bonuses. Meireles has been plagued with injury problems this season but has still managed to make 18 appearances in all competitions for the Yellow Canaries.
The Portuguese international midfielder is expected to leave Fenerbahce at the end of the season and has been in talks with Aston Villa and Sporting Lisbon.
Meireles has experience both playing in Portugal and England having starred for Porto, Liverpool and Chelsea.
The experienced midfielder has lifted the Portuguese league title four times with Porto, once with Fenerbahce and also won the Champions League with Chelsea.
