Spanish giants Atletico Madrid have emerged as a new suitor for Beşiktaş’s teenage striker Semih Kılıçsoy, according to Aksam.
Per the source, Atletico sporting director Andrea Berta sent scouts to observe Kılıçsoy, noting the lack of a young striker under 20 in their current squad.

The report highlights Kılıçsoy’s potential to fill that void and suggests he could “sign for one of the legendary teams of Spanish football.”
Turkish-Football recently reported that Arsenal are also interested in Kilicsoy and that the Gunners have been scouting the striker.
Beşiktaş recently extended Kılıçsoy’s contract, underlining their desire to keep the promising young talent. The forward is under contract until 2028.
Kılıçsoy has impressed since being given more opportunities under manager Fernando Santos, becoming a fan favorite and the club’s second-highest scorer with 10 goals in 25 appearances this season.
The striker has now established himself as a star player at Besiktas despite his young age.
The highly rated striker is expected to get called up to the senior Turkish national team and could be part of the Euro 2024 team this summer.
