Atletico Madrid are set to make a €12 million bid for Besiktas star Oguzhan Ozyakup according to Turkish sports media agency Futbol Arena.
The report claims that Besiktas are reluctant to accept any offers under €20 million for the highly sought after midfielder.
Ozyakup has played a key role in the Black Eagles title run this season and is currently rated the fourth best player in the league according to Whoscored.
The 23-year-old midfielder is having his most productive season since joining Besiktas from Arsenal in 2012 scoring nine times and providing eight assists in all competitions.
West Ham boss Slaven Bilic confirmed interest in Besiktas midfielder Oguzhan Ozyakup according to the Fanatik newspaper during the winter transfer window.
Bilic is quoted as saying: “Özyakup has really come along this season. Any manager would want to see ın their team.”
The Hammers manager does of course know Özyakup well from his time coaching Beşiktaş but Arsenal have also expressed an interest according to Talksport.
