“Back to business” – Man City star arrives in Manchester ahead of Premier League season

Ilkay Gundogan has returned to Manchester ahead of the Premier League season.

The Citizens kick-off their Premier League campaign with a trip to the newly promoted Brighton on August 8.

City’s squad returned to Manchester following a pre-season tour of the USA.

Gundogan didn’t feature in any friendly encounters as he continues his recovery from a knee injury.

The Germany international shared a photo of himself on social media and included the following caption, “In Manchester, back to business! Determined to take on the upcoming challenges!”
