Barcelona suffered a shock 3-1 defeat at the hands of Manchester City at the Etihad on Tuesday evening.
Turkish international star Arda Turan was a doubt going into the game having only just recovered from an ankle injury which ruled him out of the Granada game.
Turan recovered in time for the City clash but did not start. The 29-year-old was instead brought on to replace Ivan Rakitic mid-way through the second half.
Barca did score the opening goal but ended up conceding three goals in what was their first defeat of the Champions League campaign this season.
Despite losing the game Barca are still first in Group C, two points above second placed City.
