The La Liga giants Barcelona are looking to offload Arda Turan to last seasons Premier League runners up Arsenal according to the Sun.
The daily tabloid states that Barcelona are prepared to cut their losses on the Turkish international after just one season and that he is available to Arsenal for as little as £23 million.
Turan joined Barcelona from Atletico Madrid for £35m last year but the 29-year-old has struggled to break into the startling eleven.
The former Galatasaray star only made his debut in January due to a transfer ban imposed on the club by UEFA. The period without first team football un undoubtedly had an effect on the flamboyant midfielder as he struggled to gain full match fitness towards the end of the season.
Turan also struggled with the Turkish national team during Euro 2016 resulting in the fans jeering his name during Turkey’s 3-0 defeat to Spain.
