Galatasaray have set their sights on Barcelona’s out-of-favour right back Aleix Vidal according to Fanatik.

Per-the-source, the Lions will use the money from the sale of Lukas Podolski to China to fund a move for Vidal.

The Sun states that Beijing Guoan are preparing a mega money offer for the former Germany international forward. Galatasaray are already drawing up plans to where they will invest the money should Podolski make the move to China.

Vidal has fallen out of favour with Barce boss Luis Enrique at the Camp Nou and is expected to leave in January. The 27-year-old right-back has failed to get regular first-team football under coach Luis Enrique.

Podolski on the other hand has been a success since joining Galatasaray from Arsenal.

The experienced forward has netted 16 goals in 39 appearances for Galatasaray however, the lure of a huge salary in China looks set to make him the latest big name player to join the ever expanding Super-League.

Podolski has scored 48 goals in 129 apperances for the Germany national team.
