Basaksehir will be without Alexandru Epureanu due to injury but otherwise have a full strength squad.
Head coach Abdullah Avci will have the likes of Robinho, Irfan Can, Edin Visca and Elia to pick from.
Rizespor bounced back from the 7-2 defeat to the Black Eagles with a victory over Goztepe.
The Black Sea based side will be without Samudio and Abarhoun due to suspension.
Rizespor have been difficult to break down this season keeping a clean sheet in five of their last seven matches in the league.
Basaksehir have the best defensive record in the league conceding just 15 goals but have also scored the least goals in the top four (44).
