Besiktas have confirmed that negotiations have begun to sign Andreas Beck from Hoffenheim.
The Black Eagles released a statement to the Istanbul stock exchange stating that talks were underway between themselves and both Beck and the Bundesliga side.

The statement reads, “We are in talks with both the player and his club TSG 1899 Hoffenheim over the transfer of Andreas Beck.”
The Istanbul Giants have activated the 28-year-old’s minimum fee release clause which was set at €2 million.
Beck who has two years remaining on his contract with Hoffenheim provided four assists in 33 Bundesliga appearances this season. The experienced right back has nine caps for the Germany national team.
The Black Eagles have been on the hunt for a new right back since last season.
Beşiktaş finished the Turkish Super Lig season in third place and will play in the Europa League next season.
