Besiktas have made an offer for Stoke City defender Bruno Martins Indi according to Fanatik.
Per the source, the Black Eagles have managed to negotiate a deal for €4m down from the Potters initial asking price of €6m.
The report goes onto claim that an official announcement confirming the deal is expected today or tomorrow.
Besiktas had initially made a loan offer which Stoke ended up rejecting.
The Championship outfit demanded €6m initially but appear prepared to accept €4m which would be paid in four equal installments.
Martins joined Stoke on a £6.93m [Transfermarkt] deal from Porto in August 2017 and scored one goal in 37 appearances in all competitions last term.

The defender does have another three-years remaining on his current Stoke contract.
Besiktas have made strengthening defence a priority over the transfer window.
The Black Eagles finished last season in 3rd place last season and have booked a place in the Europa League.
