Besiktas’ new transfer Daniel Opare has returned to first team training after recovering from an injury he sustained in the Ziraat Turkish Cup.

The Ghanian international isn’t expected to start in Sunday’s Turkish Super Lig clash against rivals Bursaspor but could be included in the squad.

Alexander Milosevic, Ramon Motta and Cenk Tosun missed the game with injuries while Mustafa Pektemek and Ersan Adem Gülüm sat out of training with viral infections.

Besiktas will be looking to bounce back from their mid-week elimination from the Ziraat Turkish Cup to Kayserispor.

The Black Eagles currently lead the Super Lig with 44 points in 19 games. Slaven Bilic’s side have won nine of their last ten games and have won the past three head to heads against Bursaspor.

Bursaspor find themselves in forth place following four victories and two draws in their last six games.
