Beşiktaş are set to bid €1.5m for Nigeria international Raheem Lawal according to Eurosport Turkey.
The Black Eagles will also offer Ömer Şişmanoğlu to Eskişehirspor as part of the deal.
The Istanbul giants are facing an injury crisis in central midfield with Veli Kavlak and Tolgay Arslan both ruled out until the turn of the year.
The Nigeria international midfielder has been closely linked with a move to Roma over the past week following EsEs technical director confirming interest Bahadır Ünalan.
Ünalan also denied interest from Turkish league champions Galatasaray who have also been closely linked with the 25-year-old midfielder.
“There have been no offers from Galatasaray but we do have an offer from Roma and talks are ongoing,” he told Radyospor.
Lawal joined Eskişehirspor from Mersin Idmanyurdu last February for €1 million.
The central midfielder has two assists and two goals in all competitions for EsEs last season. The Nigerian international made a total of 30 appearances and averaged a 6.88 rating according to Whoscored.
