Bournemouth have joined the race to sign Besiktas centre-back Domagoj Vida.
The Croatia international was closely linked with a move to Liverpool over the summer following an impressive showing at the 2018 World Cup.
Both West Ham and Arsenal were also linked with a move for the powerful defender.
Vida played a major role in his nations progression to the final where they were defeated by France.
According to the Turkish outlet Fanatik, Bournemouth are the latest side to express an interest in Vida.
Per the source, the Cherries had a £14 million bid for Vida turned down over the summer.
The report goes onto state that Bournemouth will come in with a fresh bid for the Croatia international in January.
Vida only joined Besiktas in January on a free transfer after his contract with Dinamo Kiev expired.
The 29-year-old has made five appearances for Besiktas this term. Vida played 13 Turkish Super Lig games during the 2017/18 season.
