Brazil National Team Boss To Scout Liverpool & Wolves Target During Istanbul Derby

Brazil national team manager Tite and his technical staff are expected to attend the Istanbul derby between Besiktas and Galatasaray on Sunday.

A source close to Besiktas revealed to Turkish-Football that officials from the Brazil national side are expected to scout Anderson Talisca as are several European sides including Liverpool and Wolves.

Talisca did get called up to the Brazil national team side for friendlies against Russia and Germany but did not feature in either friendly.

Tite is however, considering including the Brazilian in his squad for Russia.

Talisca scored yet again on Saturday in the 3-1 win over Malatyaspor to keep Besiktas in the title race.

The 1.91m tall attacking midfielder on loan from Benfica has been in great form this season netting 19 times and providing five assists in all competitions.

The 24-year-old found the back of the net four times in the Champions League last season and played an important role in Besiktas winning the league last season.

The powerful midfielder has attracted widespread interest after another impressive campaign.

Liverpool and Wolves have been closely linked with Talisca this season but Besiktas also want him on a permanent transfer.

The Istanbul giants have a €21 million buyout clause option that remains active until the end of the season.

Besiktas are currently one point behind leaders Galatasaray and could move into pole position with a victory over their rivals on Saturday.
