Several Liverpool fans have joking asked the club to recall Loris Karius following Alisson Becker’s woeful mistake over the weekend.
The Brazil international attempted a Cruyff Turn in his box but was caught out by Leicester City forward Demarai Gray. The Foxes ended up finding the back of the net to make the score 2-1.
Liverpool had to hang on in the final quarter of the game but managed to come away with all three points.
Interestingly, Alisson was signed in a deal worth approximately £65 million from AS Roma following Loris Karius’ calamitous mistakes during the UEFA Champions League final.
Karius subsequently joined Turkish Super Lig giants Besiktas on a two-year-loan deal.
