Bursaspor have qualified to the quarter finals of the Ziraat Turkish Cup after beating Istanbul Basaksehir in a penalty shoot out.
The sides ended the 90 minutes 0-0 after Fernandao missed a penalty in the 56th minute. Samil Cinal scored two minutes into extra time but his goal was canceled out five minutes later by the former Galatasaray striker Mehmet Batdal.
Batdal, Erdem and Cansev missed penalties for Basaksehir while Holmen, Fernandao and Josue found the back of the net.
